If you engage Republic of Dog for specific services (including but not limited to business consulting, dog walking, training, or certification), those services will be governed by a separate Client Agreement or Service Contract which you will be required to sign prior to the commencement of services. In the event of a conflict between these Website Terms and a Client Agreement, the Client Agreement shall control.
Our Site may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Republic of Dog (such as calendar booking tools or social media platforms).
We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Republic of Dog shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
In no event shall Republic of Dog, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
